Join us for a special immersive workshop exploring Ba Duan Jin (The Eight Brocades Qigong Form). One of the most respected and widely practiced classical Qigong forms in Chinese medicine.
​
This gentle yet powerful sequence of eight movements is designed to circulate Qi and Blood, strengthen the organs, release tension, and restore calm focus. It is especially supportive during the winter season, when nourishing Kidney energy and conserving vitality are essential, and during stressful periods, when the nervous system needs regulation and grounding.

This workshop is open to everyone — From complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Acupuncture students and licensed acupuncturists will gain tools they can use for both personal cultivation and patient education, while non-practitioners will leave with a complete, accessible routine for daily wellness.

​In this workshop you will:

• Learn the full Ba Duan Jin form step by step
• Understand the TCM principles behind each movement
• Experience how breath and posture regulate the nervous system and Qi flow
• Leave with a practice you can use to build energy without depletion

At the end of the session, there will be a 30-minute presentation for those who wish to learn more about the history, theory, and clinical applications of the form. (Required for NCCAOM Diplomates seeking PDAs)
 
All participants receive a FREE take-home handout to support continued practice.
