Five Elements Acupuncture Workshop
|
Part 1: Foundations & Elemental Archetypes
Explore the foundational principles of the Five Elements and how they influence physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Learn how the Sheng (generating), Ke (controlling), insult, and overcontrol cycles shape organ relationships and diagnostic patterns. Participants will gain strategies for recognizing elemental tendencies and integrating Five Element and Eight Principle frameworks for a richer understanding of patient presentations.
Open to the public: This first session is accessible to non-acupuncturists and wellness enthusiasts who want to explore Five Element theory and its connection to personal wellness.
Part 2: Clinical Applications & Treatment Design
Building on the foundations from Part 1, this session focuses on practical clinical applications for acupuncture practice. Learn how to select and combine Five Shu-Transport points, interpret elemental imbalances, and integrate Eight Principle diagnosis to design more precise, element-based treatment strategies. Participants will leave with actionable techniques to enhance patient care and apply Five Element theory directly in clinical practice.
Note: Part 2 is designed for acupuncture students and licensed practitioners only.
