Payment Information for Classes & Events

Welcome! This page contains payment instructions for all My Metro Medicine classes, workshops, trainings, and special events. If you were directed here, you’re in the right place.

Please follow the steps below to complete your registration and payment.

Step 1: Confirm Your Spot

  • ​Before sending payment, make sure you have:
    • Registered through the event sign-up form or
    • Received confirmation from us that space is available
  • Some events have limited capacity, and payment alone does not always guarantee a seat unless you’ve received confirmation. (This will be indicated at the beginning of your registration form or the email announcement.)

Step 2: Submit Your Payment

Please send your payment using one of the methods below. Be sure to include your full name and the name of the class or event in the notes section.

Receipts

Confirmation of payment will be sent by email to the address you registered with. This may take up to 24-48 hours.

Coupons & Discounts

  • Coupons, promotional discounts, and special pricing offers must be approved and confirmed by My Metro Medicine before they are considered valid.
  • Submitting a payment with a coupon code or discounted amount does not automatically guarantee that the discount applies. If a code is expired, ineligible for a specific event, or used incorrectly, you may be contacted to submit the remaining balance to complete your registration.
  • When in doubt, please reach out before sending payment. We’re happy to confirm your discount and make sure everything is set.

Payment Agreement & Pricing Policies

Payment Requirements
  • Your space is not fully secured until payment is received.
  • Payment must be received in order to receive a class link, event access details, or appointment confirmation. 
  • If payment is not received by the deadline, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds will not be issued for class purchases.
  • ​All payments are final for classes and events unless otherwise stated directly by My Metro Medicine.

Packages & Session Expiration
  • Individual class registrations are valid only for the specific class date and time purchased and cannot be transferred, credited, or applied to a different class.
  • All packages and multi-session purchases must be completed within the specified time frame provided at the time of purchase.
  • If no timeframe is listed, sessions must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date.
  • Any sessions not used within the allowed time period will be forfeited and will not be reimbursed, extended, transferred, or carried over.

Instructor Program Payment Policies

  • Payment Schedule – All payments must be made in full by the first of each month according to the agreed installment plan. The total amount received by My Metro Medicine must equal the full installment amount due.
  • Withdrawal Window – Participants may request withdrawal within 15 days of the program start date by submitting a written request for review by the Program Director.
  • Refund Terms – Refunds during the 15-day withdrawal window are not guaranteed and, if approved, will be issued minus a mandatory $100 administrative fee. Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • No Refunds After Withdrawal Period – After the 15-day withdrawal period, no refunds will be issued and all remaining scheduled payments are still required.
  • Late Payment Fees – Any monthly installment received more than five (5) days after the first of the month will incur a 5% late fee for every 10 days the payment remains outstanding. If a payment is not made on time, access to program materials and classes may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid. This does not extend the program end date or modify completion requirements.
  • Payment Processing Fees – Any processing fees or transaction charges associated with digital or virtual payment methods are the responsibility of the participant. The total amount received by My Metro Medicine must equal the full installment amount due.
