Course Description: In this course, you will learn an easy-to-remember Tai Chi form (and some *bonus* Qigong exercises!) that will enhance your ability to relax, improve your overall health, and assist in building your foundation for future Tai Chi practice. You will also be permitted to attend the next level Tai Chi course.
