The Wu Qin Xi (Five Animal Frolics) Qigong Workshop is a dynamic, 100% virtual training that introduces Hua Tuo’s classical movement system through a modern, clinically relevant lens. In this 2-hour course, participants learn the Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, and Crane forms with detailed instruction on movement mechanics, breath coordination, and their connections to the Five Elements, organ systems, and meridian pathways in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Designed for acupuncturists, healthcare professionals, and serious practitioners, the workshop emphasizes both personal cultivation and practical application for patient care. This course is approved for 3 NCCAOM PDAs (PE-CW category) and includes access to the recording, slide deck, and supplemental materials for continued learning.

The Yi Jin Jing (Muscle-Tendon Changing Classic) Qigong Workshop is a 100% virtual training designed for practitioners seeking to deepen both personal cultivation and clinical application. Traditionally attributed to Hua Tuo, this powerful form emphasizes strengthening the muscles and tendons, improving flexibility, and enhancing the flow of Qi. Approved by the NCCAOM for 3 PDAs, the seminar provides step-by-step instruction in the Yi Jin Jing sequence, including proper alignment, breathwork, and intent, while exploring its connections to meridian theory and overall balance in Oriental medicine. All sessions are recorded for convenient replay, allowing participants to review and integrate the material at their own pace while gaining practical tools to support patient care and long-term practitioner wellness
